Your price depends on your home’s size, the service you choose, and any add-ons you select. You see the full price online before you book. There is no in-home estimate and no waiting on a callback.

Homes under 3,001 square feet get an instant online price. Homes of 3,001 square feet and larger use Check Availability / Request a Custom Quote so the scope can be confirmed properly first.

A Routine Clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared living areas on the Routine Clean checklist: countertops and backsplash, sink and fixtures, stovetop, the exterior of the refrigerator, oven/range, and dishwasher, the microwave inside and out, tub, shower, and toilet, mirrors and interior window glass that is safely reachable, dusting of accessible furniture and fixtures, light switches and doorknobs, and vacuuming, sweeping, or mopping of floors.

Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator and oven is not included with a Routine Clean. Both are available at booking.

Not with a Routine Clean or a Deep Clean. For those services, cleaning the inside of the refrigerator and the inside of the oven are each available at booking.

They are included in the base scope of a Move-In/Out Clean, provided the appliances are empty and safely accessible.

For any of these, the refrigerator and oven must be emptied before your appointment, and cookware must be removed from the oven. A freezer can be cleaned only once it is empty and fully thawed. Providers do not remove food, cookware, stored items, ice, or frost.

No. Many customers provide access instructions, such as a lockbox, key, gate, alarm, or building-entry details, and then go about their day.

Please make sure the home is safely accessible during your appointment window. If the assigned Provider cannot get in after a 15-minute wait and reasonable attempts to reach you, the appointment is treated as a no-access appointment under our Cancellation Policy.

You choose your service, tell us about your home, and select anything extra you would like. The price updates as you go, so you know the total before you confirm.

Recurring service is discounted from the standard visit price, and your discount is shown during booking. Weekly service saves the most, then biweekly, then monthly. Discounts apply to the base service.

If your home’s actual condition is materially different from what was described at booking, we will explain the revised scope and price and get your approval before any added work begins.

A few minutes of prep goes a long way:

• Clear excess dishes, clothing, toys, and clutter from the surfaces and floors you want cleaned.
• Put away fragile or valuable items.
• Move anything heavy you want cleaned behind or underneath. Providers do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
• Secure pets that may be anxious around visitors, and let us know at booking how many dogs and cats live in the home.
• If you booked an inside-refrigerator or inside-oven add-on, empty the appliance first. Freezers must be fully thawed.
• Leave complete access instructions and clean linens if you would like beds changed.

• 48 hours’ notice or more: no fee.
• Less than 48 hours: $50.
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service total.
• Same day, lockout, or no access: 100% of the scheduled service total.
