Routine Clean
Maintenance cleaning that keeps a home in good condition consistently cared for. Available as a one-time visit or on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
Deep Clean
Everything in the Routine Clean, plus detailed surface work: baseboards, doors and frames, windowsills, cabinet fronts, and grout detail.
Move-In/Out Clean
For empty or substantially empty homes. Adds the inside of cabinets, drawers, closets, and large appliances so the home is ready for whoever comes next.

Moving heavy items
For safety, your Provider does not move heavy furniture or appliances. If you would like an area behind or beneath something heavy cleaned, please move the item before your appointment so the area is accessible.
Safe and accessible areas
Cleaning covers the areas and tasks on the checklist for the service you book, where they can be reached safely. Work that would require unsafe ladder use is not included.
Conditions we cannot clean
Some conditions need a specialist rather than a cleaning visit. These include mold, pests, bodily fluids, animal waste, and hazardous materials.
Before your visit
Clearing dishes, laundry, toys, and clutter from the surfaces and floors you want cleaned lets your Provider spend the visit on the checklist itself.
