Providers are independently operated businesses. They are expected to use customer information only as necessary to perform accepted services, communicate about the appointment, comply with legal obligations, and address related service concerns.

With service providers

We may share information with vendors that help us operate our business, such as booking and scheduling platforms, payment processors, email and text-message providers, website hosts, cloud-storage providers, customer-support tools, and professional advisers.

Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency is occasional.
Data Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Sundoves and/or an assigned provider may take limited before-and-after photographs for condition documentation, service verification, safety records, damage documentation, or resolution of a service concern. We will not use identifiable images of your home in advertising, social media, or other public promotion without your separate written permission.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect our business and users. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.
